- Must be over the age of 18 at time of entry
- Recommend a landlord who is looking for a tenant (letting only) or full management for the property who then signs EmJen’s contracts
- When the seller completes on their property with EmJen that you recommended to EmJen.
- The £50 giveaway ( OR ANY OTHER GIVERAWAY WE OFFER) will only be paid out to the person who recommended the landlord, after the receipt of the 1st full month’s rent.
